Clinical Pharmacists

Clinical pharmacists are important members of the multidisciplinary team within primary care networks (PCNs), which were established across England in July 2019. Our Pharmacists take responsibility for the care management of patients with chronic diseases and undertake clinical medication reviews to proactively manage people with complex polypharmacy, especially the elderly, people in care homes, those with multiple co-morbidities (in particular frailty, COPD and asthma) and people with learning disabilities or autism.

Reception

Receptionists are often the first person our patients see. They use customer service and admin skills to welcome people to the surgery. The reception team have a wealth of experience and information to hand. They will help you with appointments, repeat prescriptions, practice information, hospital transport etc. All information is treated in total confidence. There is a private room next to reception should you wish to discuss a private, confidential or sensitive matter with any member of staff. Please ask at reception if you wish to use this facility. Our reception team are here to help and support you.
